OBSERVED BROKEN TILE ON WEST AND EAST FRONT WALLS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR, TO ENSURE SURFACE IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED DIRT AND DEBRIS IN LIGHT SHIELDS, IN FRONT OF OPERATION NEAR DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANGER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
