FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED. MUST RODENT PROOF DOOR AT BOTTOM. OBSERVED AN OPEN BAG OF OPEN SAND IN REAR OF STORE ON FLOOR WITH FECES ON TOP OF THE SAND THAT HAS SPILLED FROM THE BAG. FECES APPEARS TO BE FROM AN ANIMAL BUT I OBSERVED NO ANIMALS ON PREMISES AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE FECES FROM FLOOR AND REMOVE SAND. NO LOG BOOK OR INVOICES FROM A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY AVAILABLE. MUST PROVIDE A LOG BOOK WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS INCLUDING MSDS SHEETS AND A CURRENT STATE OF ILLINOIS LICENSE OF PEST CONTROL COMPANY.
