CLEAN WALLS INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. #38 FOUND THE PIPE UNDERNEATH THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE BUTCHER AREA DISCONNECTED AND WATER DRAINING INTO A METAL CAN; EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR BY PUTTING THE PIPES BACK ON BUT THE SINK WAS STILL LEAKING; INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY REPAIR SINK. ALSO OBSERVED LEAKING FROM THE PIPE UNDER THE FIRST COMPARTMENT OF THE THREE COMP SINK AND UNDER THE UTILITY SINK; MUST REPAIR BOTH LEAKS. Serious Violation 7-42-090
