PRODUCT WAS DISCARDED BY MANAGER AND DENATURED. APPROXIMATE VALUE OF PRODUCT $125.00 CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED. ALSO REVIEWED WITH MANAGER MINIMUM COOKING TEMPERATURES FOR RAW PORK IS 155F FOR 15 SECS. AND 165F FOR 15 SECS FOR CHICKEN.
