    Inspector note: Found rear storage food storage area (with coolers and dry storage) with approximately 5 inch gap along bottom of exterior door. Room also has large opening where the ceiling meets the walls. This room must be sealed on all corners, edges, along the ceiling and around the door (and door must be tight fitting) to prevent pest entry. Must repair. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Instructed to provide proper storage for knives, such as knife box or magnetic strip. #32 Found missing handle on left door of 3 door cooler in kitchen. Instructed to repair and maintain. Found large crack in floor in rear of corner of bar, opposite the restrooms. Must repair or replace. Found excessive dirt and debris in rear corner of kitchen, behind cooking equipment. Must remove, and detail clean this area. Must maintain all.
