    Inspector note: Found mouse droppings on site in various areas: 30 in the rear area near the back door, 40 inside the walk in cooler, 30 in the rear prep area behind the coolers and along walls, 20 inside the side panel of the large oven, 10 in the middle prep area along the wall bases, and 10 in the front trash container receptacle located behind the front counter. Instructed facility to remove all pests and evidence, clean and sanitize affected areas, and maintain. Recommended to contact a licensed pest control provider for service. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Observed a large pallet on the floor of the walk in cooler with items stacked on top of it. Instructed facility to remove and maintain items at least six inches off the floor with access underneath items to facilitate proper cleaning.

    Inspector note: Found no exposed hand sink conveniently accessible to the middle prep area. Instructed facility to install and maintain with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water under city pressure. Observed the three compartment sink at the front counter to have a leak at the faucet neck. Instructed facility to repair and maintain. Observed large pots, pans, and utensils on site too big to be fully submerged in the three compartment sink. Instructed facility to either remove said items or install adequate dish washing facilities and to maintain.
