INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE WATER DAMAGED CEILING AND VENT COVERS AT DISHWASHING AREA. ALSO, FOUND SEVERAL SECTIONS OF WALL TILES IN POOR REPAIR AND OR MISSING AT FRONT/REAR PREP AREAS, AND AT BEVERAGE UNITS.
