ON OCCASION WILL WIPE KNIFE AND HANDS ON THEIR APRONS AND CONTINUE COOKING. FINALLY WHEN THEY CHANGED THEIR GLOVES THEY DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE WEARING NEW GLOVES.
