PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #277278 ON 7/12/10 NOT CORRECTED: 18/01 - OBSERVED OVER 100 LIVE FRUIT FLIES BEHIND BOTH BAR AREAS AND WAITRESS SERVICE STATION HALLWAY NEXT TO THE FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED FRUIT FLIES SETTLING ON BOTH BEER TAPS, CHAIRS, WALL AND MIRRORS AROUND THE FRONT BAR AREA. OBSERVED FRUIT FLIES INSIDE AND AROUND THE ICE BIN THAT WAS USED TO STORE BOTTLES OF WINE AND THE SODA GUNS. OBSERVED FRUIT FLIES AROUND THE ROLLING DISH RACK (WITH STANDING WATER INSIDE OF IT) IN THE WAITRESS SERVICE STATION AND ON THE REFRIGERATORS AND COFFEE GRINDER AND BOXES ON THE TABLE, WHICH IS NEXT TO THE FOOD PREP AREA. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE THE PEST ACTIVITY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
