INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DISPENSERS SO THEY FUNCTION PROPERLY.

OBSERVED ACCUMULATION OF FOOD AND DEBRIS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: AROUND THE SAFE, UNDER THE ICE MACHINE, UNDER THE HAND SINK, UNDER THE SHELVING IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOORS AND MAINTAIN. NOTED PACKAGES OF BEVERAGES STORED ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO STORE ALL MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS AT LEAST 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.
