VIOLATION 34. MUST INSTALL COVING ALONG WALL UNDER MAIN 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND THROUGHOUT DISH ROOM. MUST CLEAN FOOD DEBRIS FROM FLOOR IN BASEMENT SODA/BEVERAGE ROOM. MUST STORE ALL ITEMS STORED AT THE SIDE OF THE BASEMENT STAIRS AT LEAST 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. VIOLATION 35.
