MAIN FRONT DOORS A 1/4" GAP.REAR DOOR IN REPACKING/DELIVERY AREA 1/2" GAP AT BOTTOM DOOR.INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN RAT DROPPINGS AND SANITIZE ALL AREA, AND CONTACT PEST CONTROL, SEAL ALL OPENINGS INCLUDED CEILING TILES WITH HOLES.ALSO PROVIDE RAISED SHELVES(6" OFF THE FLOOR) TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN, REMOVE ALL CRATES.SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020 H000074250-11
