    Inspector note: DURING INSPECTION FOUND A LEMONADE STAND NOT IN USE NOT SET-UP WHICH IS USED TO MAKE LEMONADE IN THE SUMMER TIME ONLY. FACILITY DID NOT HAVE LEMONS OR LIMES ON PREMISES DURING INSPECTION AND MACHINE IS NOT SET-UP AND USABLE AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT THAT WHEN THIS EQUIPMENT IS IN WORKING ORDER AND SET-UP FOR USE IT MUST BE PROPERLY DESIGNED SO AS TO BE WITHIN 25 FEET OF A HAND WASHING SINK IN ORDER TO BE USED. ALSO IN THE REAR PORTION OF THE CUSTOMER SEATING AREA FACILITY MUST PROVIDE LOCKED OR SECURED COOLERS AND FREEZERS SO AS TO NOT BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AT ALL TIMES.
