    Inspector note: Upon arrival for inspection (1:25pm) found no City of Chicago certified foodservice manager on site while potentially hazardous foods (deli meat, sliced tomatoes, etc.) were being handled/prepared. Laurie Sojak arrived during inspection at 1:55pm with a valid City of Chicago certified foodservice manager certificate. Instructed facility that a City of Chicago certified foodservice manager must be on site while potentially hazardous foods are prepared and or served at all times. Serious citation issued 7-38-012(a).
