FORTY DROPPINGS OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER UNDER THE COAT HOOKS FOR EMPLOYEES, TEN DROPPINGS UNDER THE SHELVES BY THE LARGE GREASE RECEPTORS, EIGHT UNDERNEATH THE SYRUP DISPENSER BOXES FOR THE SODA AND FIFTY ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM SHELVES OF THE COUNTER AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
