INSTRUCTED THE HAND WASHING SINK IS FOR HAND WASHING PURPOSES ONLY AND MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED. • OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS AT THE COOKS LINE HAND WASHING SINK WHEN FOODS WERE BEING PREPARED AND HELD HOT.
