RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL SERVICE COMPANY PROVIDE SERVICE VISIT PRIOR TO REINSPECTION ON 3/14/2012. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020. COURT DATE 4/19/2012 AT 1100AM 400 W SUPERIOR RM 112.
