CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS 7-38-020. OWNER.MANAGER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO CLEAN THE OUTSIDE GREASE CONTAINER DURING INSPECTION. OUTSIDE GREASE CONTAINER IS NOW MAINTAINED AND CLEANED.
