MANAGER WAS GIVEN 48 HOURS TO REPAIR SINK AND EMPLOYEES WERE INSTRUCTED TO WASH THEIR HANDS AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AT THE MIDDLE OR FRONT PREPARATION AREA. THE INSPECTION BEGAN ON MARCH 23, 2018 BUT WAS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL MARCH 26, 2018; ON MARCH 26, 2018 THE SINK WAS REPAIRED WITH HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS.
