    Inspector note: Poor hygienic practices. Observed chef and employees handling all kind food included ready to eat food such as slicing bread, lettuce etc. also employee handled dirty dishes then returned on his station and handled ready to eat food. Another employee gloved one hand and with that hand mixed salad .No hand washing prior to glove hands, and no gloves or utensil used to handle ready to eat food. Information given on hand washing. Manager corrected issue. critical violation:7-38-005(a)

    Inspector note: No sneeze guard provided between the prep cooler and serving counter in pizza prep area. Need to install a sneeze guard at mentioned area, surface must be smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent surface. Found outside patio with the following not protected from elements: dishes(uncovered on top the tables), unwrapped straws, ice scoops, water pitchers etc. Also found a metal glass inside ice bin with ice cubes which is used to pick up ice for customers Instructed to protect mentioned utensils and Must provide a ice scoop container for each ice bin to minimize contamination serious violation:7-38-005(a)

INSTRUCTED TO SEAL SAID WALL. SURFACE MUST BE SMOOTH,CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE today 10-13-16 observed the same violation.
