FOUND PUDLES OF WATER UNDER THE 1DR REFRIGERATOR AT ENTRANCE INTO THE MAIN KITCHEN, UNDER THE 3-COMP SINK AND BY THE MOP SINK AREA. ALSO MUST DETAIL CLEAN ALL FLOOR DRAINS IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AREA TO REMOVE GRIME. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AT CORNERS TO REMOVE GRIME AND FOOD DEBRI IN THE BASEMENT KITCHEN AREA. ALSO MUST REGROUT FLOOR IN FRONT OF AND UNDER THE 1-COMP SINK ACROSS FROM THE MIDDLE PREP TABLE. ALSO MAINTAIN FLOORS DRY AT ALL TIMES TO PREVENT PEST BREEDING.
