FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR WITH 1/4 INCH GAP, INSTRUCTED TO MAKE TIGHT FITTING SO AS NO DAYLIGHT CAN BE SEEN AND PREVENT RODENT ENTRY.FOUND SOME OPENINGS AROUND HOT WATER TANK, WALL NEXT TO REAR EXIT DOOR, AND NEXT TO CHEST FREEZER. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OPENINGS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS, AND RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL TO SERVICE PREMISES.
