PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #169379 ON 3/7/12 NOT CORRECTED: 24/01 - OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP INTO THE LEFT COMPARTMENT OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WHEN WATER IS RUN INTO THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAKE REPAIRS SO THAT THE WATER DRAINS PROPERLY. ALSO OBSERVED WATER LEAKING OUT OF THE TOP OF THE GREASE TRAP WHEN THE WATER IS RUN IN THE SINK. ALSO THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE DINING AREA UNDER THE SERVICE COUNTER IS BACKING UP. SUPERVISOR NOTIFIED OF CRITICAL VIOLATION OBSERVED DURING THE INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
