Inspector note: VIOLATION REMAINS, OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FOOD STORAGE SHELVES IN THE RETAIL AREA AND BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER AND APPROXIMATELY 75 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE FIRST FLOOR. OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND IN THE BOXES IN THE BASEMENT AND STAIRS LEADING TO THE BASEMENT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020.
