FLOOR AT BASEMENT DISH MACHINE AND BEER WALK-IN COOLER UNEVEN WITH OPEN CRACKS/CREVICES/HOLES. MUST REPAIR AND MAKE SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE. FLOOR OF STORAGE AREA NEXT TO BEER WALK-IN COOLER WITH DIRT AND DEBRIS. MUST CLEAN. BASE BOARD COVING THROUGHOUT DRY STORAGE ROOMS AND ALONG BASEMENT KITCHEN PREP TABLE MUST PROVIDE, SEAL ALL OPEN GAPS. • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. NEW VIOLATION NOTED AT THIS RE-INSPECTION. CRACKED MISSING FLOOR TILES AT 1ST FLOOR ICE MACHINE. MUST REPLACE/REPAIR.
