Inspector note: FOUND OUTSIDE DUMPSTER(X3). ONE WITH LID WIDE OPEN AND OVERFLOWING GARBAGE. THE OTHER TWO DUMPSTER WITH NO LIDS AT ALL AND WITH OVERFLOWING GARBAGE TOO. DUMPSTER ARE NOT RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED. INSTRUCTED TO MANAGER THAT ALL OUTSIDE DUMPSTER LID MUST BE CLOSED ALL THE TIMES WITHOUT OVERFLOWING GARBAGE. AND DUMPSTER MUST HAVE A TIGHT FITTING LID AND MUST BE RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS 7-38-020.
