  Inspector note: In all food establishments, toilet facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair and shall include an adequate supply of hot and cold or tempered water, soap, and approved sanitary towels or other approved hand-drying devices. OBSERVED MEN'S WASHROOM UNCLEAN AND IN POOR REPAIR. OBSERVED DRIED WASTE AND SEWAGE ON THE FLOOR OF THE WASHROOM AND A STRONG FOUL ODOR. MANAGER STATED THAT THE TOILET WAS BACKING UP. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE TOILET AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AREA. THE WASHROOM IS CURRENTLY LOCKED AND AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN WAS ON THE DOOR. THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM IS IN WORKING ORDER AT THIS TIME. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030
