FOUND OVER 100 DROPPINGS ON PREMISES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: BEHIND BAR IN DINING AREA ALONG THE FLOOR, IN THE BEVERAGE AREA OF THE DINING ROOM UNDER THE COUNTER AND ALONG THE WALL BY THE SEATING BOOTHS, ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT AND UNDER THE STAIRS IN THE BASEMENT, ON THE BOTTOM OF A STORAGE TABLE IN THE BASEMENT AND UNDER THE GRILL IN THE KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND HAVE THE LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE RESTAURANT PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
