Floors: Constructed Per Code, Cleaned, Good Repair, Coving Installed, Dust-Less Cleaning Methods Used

Inspector note: OBSERVED A LARGE HOLE IN THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BAR, UNDER THE HOLE IS THE FOUNDATION AND GREASE PIPE THAT RUNS TO THE KITCHEN THAT HAS BEEN CAPPED UP. THE HOLE WAS COVERED WITH A PAN AND FLOOR MAT AT TIME OF INSPECTION. THE HOLE OPENED UP DUE TO AN UNEVEN FOUNDATION. FACILIY IS HIRING PROFESSIONALS TO DO "MUDJACKING" TO RAISE UP THE SINKING CONCRETE AND LEVEL OFF THE FOUNDATION. THE BAR MUST BE CLOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION AND CDPH MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ALL CONSTRUCTION PERFORMED AT ANY PREP AREAS IN FACILITY.
