    Inspector note: The licensed exterminator came out on 10/15/25 and is going to provide door sweeps to the front exterior doors on Monday 10/20/25. In the meantime PIC stated that he would have his carpenter attach the door sweeps. The automatic doors may need a special door sweeps. At the time of the re inspection the exterior door located in the receiving room was being repaired and the holes in the wall near where they store the large barrells were repaired.

  • Controlling Pests (C)
    Inspector note: At today re inspection no droppings were observed. The licensed exterminator came out yesterday 10/15 and the PIC was able to provide a detailed report. PIC is addressing all the recommendations stated on the extermination report and this report. Spoke to the extermination company and they are scheduled to come back out on Monday 10/20/25. They are going to reach out to the PIC if they have any cancelations. Please keep the health inspector up to date on the reports. PIC stated that they will have weekly inspections until this is resolved. Contact the licensed company and provide a detailed IPM report. Ensure that the exterminator inspects drop ceilings interior and exterior. Recommend more frequent visits until a clean report is provided.

    Inspector note: The extermination report stated that there was a hole behind the spice rack. The PIC showed me the hole. The exterminator recommended leaving this hole open until further notice. Repair hole when the issue has been addressed.

    Inspector note: Observed rat droppings underneath the chip shelving. Recommended removing the bottom shelf pulling the shelving out and sweep clean and sanitize the floors to remove new and old dropping and any other debris. PIC was able to provide Sept 16th pest report that states rat activity. The exterminator is due to come back out tomorrow per the report. Contact the licensed company and provide a detailed IPM report. Ensure that the exterminator inspects drop ceilings interior and exterior. Recommend more frequent visits until a clean report is provided. Ensure exterior door is repaired all holes leading to outside are filled and doors are kept shut when not in use.
