Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: At today re inspection no droppings were observed. The licensed exterminator came out on 10/21/25 and the PIC was able to provide a detailed report. PIC addressed all the recommendations on the prior extermination report. The report is still stating that their is rodent activity. But that the issues have greatly reduced. PIC stated that they will have weekly inspections until this is resolved. Contact the licensed company and have them come back out before the next health inspection. Provide a detailed IPM report.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: The extermination report stated that there was a hole behind the spice rack. The PIC showed me the hole. The exterminator recommended leaving this hole open until further notice. Repair hole when the issue has been addressed.

Outer Openings Protected (C)Inspector note: The licensed exterminator came out on 10/15/25 and is going to provide door sweeps to the front exterior doors on Monday 10/20/25. In the meantime PIC stated that he would have his carpenter attach the door sweeps. The automatic doors may need a special door sweeps. At the time of the re inspection the exterior door located in the receiving room was being repaired and the holes in the wall near where they store the large barrells were repaired.
