Inspector note: PIC will need to do a cleaning on the kitchen and have pest control come out and do a full inspection. Please have them check all areas basement ceiling tiles and around the kitchen. PIC will need to have them provide a full inspection report to review. The notes should state what repairs need to be done and any evidence that he has found. Please fill the cracks along the back wall and around the door to the basement.

Please discuss with cleaning company what sticker will be needed.
