Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)Inspector note: As discussed PIC will need to not block the hand sink with any thing. I found mop bucket a bucket and equipment in the sink.

Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC will need to do a cleaning on the kitchen and have pest control come out and do a full inspection. Please have them check all areas basement ceiling tiles and around the kitchen. PIC will need to have them provide a full inspection report to review. The notes should state what repairs need to be done and any evidence that he has found. Please fill the cracks along the back wall and around the door to the basement.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: Hood filters will need to be cleaned. The hood sticker was blue and has an expired date of Oct but no year. PIC reach out to the cleaning company and have them clean the hood and provide an up to date sticker. PIC has added a grill top unit under the hood. Please discuss with cleaning company what sticker will be needed.
