The puddling has caused many floor tiles to become loose and some to pull away completely from the base. Repair pitch of floor and seal at walls of walk in to eliminate seepage of any water from the exterior walls to the interior of the walk in. Replace any missing tiles. Repair or replace any loose tiles.
