Vegetables were prepared around an hour prior. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are at below 41F before being placed into service units. Cold cuts and assorted salads at the deli station with elevated temperatures between 48-52F. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are maintained at below 41F. PIC Sean removed all foods out of temperature at the time of the inspection.
