Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Hot dogs inside of the 2 door hamburger cooler with an elevated temperature of 48F. PIC stated that the hot dogs were placed into the cooler an hour prior. All other foods inside of the cooler were at below 41F. PIC removed and placed hot dogs into a walk-in cooler to ensure a temperature of below 41F.
