PIC stated that the cooked Mung bean had been put out about an hour prior and placed into a cold holding unit to maintain a temperature of 41F and below. Cooked shrimp and pork wrapped in rice noodles out at room temperature 70F. Foods have been out for an hour prior. PIC removed and placed in a cold holding unit to maintain a temperature of 41F and below. Ensure all potentialy hazardous foods are maintained at 41F and below.
