  Inspector note: Evidence of rodent droppings in the basement area. Please clean to remove and have prest control com in and do an inspection. Please email me the last few inspections. 10-17-24 PIC has done a deep cleaning and pest control has been out and no catches at this time. I will come back out in a few weeks to be sure. PLease stay on top of the pest control company and review the pest control reports. Please have them come out again in a week or so and send me the report.
