Inspector note: At the time of the re-inspection 3/1/19 there was an slight leak observed coming from the ceiling in the back storage room. Address and make all necessary repairs. Portions of the ceiling in the back preparation room missing due to some water damage. Replace. At the time of the re-inspection there was nothing being stored under the portion of the ceiling that had been damaged. I spoke with the landlord Nick who explained toi me that he was working with a company to make all necessary repairs to the ceiling. An email is to provided to the Health Department stating the timeline on when all repairs are to be made from the owner of the building Nick Belibasakis.
