Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Walk-in freezer with an elevated temperature of 30F. Discontinue use if the unit is unable to maintain all foods frozen. PIC stated it may be possibly going through a defrost cycle. At the time of the inspection all foods inside of the walk-in were frozen. Address and make any necessary repairs.
