Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: The cut vegetables in the walk-in are 46F butter is 44F. Provide proper cold holding of 41F or below. May 7 2013 There is a tech working on the walk-in and he has been out multiple times this week but temperatures are not 41F or below. The manager was at the store overnight and the temperatures untl about 4:00 in the morning. All items in the walk-in overnight need to be discarded.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: There is grout missing near the sink in the kitchen. Repair the floor to provide a smooth cleanable durable surface. The floor in the hallway to the bathroom is damaged. Repair or replace.
