Food ProtectionInspector note: Boxes of produce and other foods observed being stored on the ground of the walk-in cooler. Discontinue and store elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Excess moisture on the lower shelf of the 2 door cooler. Clean to remove and make any necessary repairs. Small 2 door deli style cooler running at approximately 60F. All foods have been prepared from earlier in the day. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature below 41F. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigeration unit that is operating below 41F.
