Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Pest control reports continue to indicate rodent activity in the establishment. Pest control treatments have been increased to 3x weekly. Continue to properly clean the establishment and make any corrections as written in the pest control reports Pest control reports shall include information for the inspection of the drop ceiling in the establishment and recommendations for the covering/sealing of the hole in the basement floor. Also indicate any voids noted in the lower level that may be contributing to the rodent activity. • Small rodent droppings noted on shelving and floor behind service counter- Provide an updated detailed pest control report from a licensed pest control company 08/11/26- Pest control report provided by the establishment indicates that there is presently rodent and cockroach activity. Currently the pest control is coming out biweekly Increase pest control treatments to identify areas of concern and entry and to remove the presence of activty in the restaurant. Owner was instructed to move equipment and/or product away from walls in both the service areas and in the lower level to provide access to pest control for adequate treatments

Cleaning has been done at the establishment. Additional cleaning is necessary to assist in the prevention of pest activity. Clean all areas of the establishment including all equipment all floors including under equipment under shelving along walls and in corners. Lower level is not used for food service storage but is accessible at the time of the reinspection. Fully clean and mop all floors in lower level as well
