Rooms and Equipment VentedInspector note: Ventilation system in the main kitchen of the establishment is not working properly causing the temperature to be high. Address and make any necessary repairs to the establishments AC unit. Spoke with the regional manager Scott at the time of the visit and he explained to me that the unit has been scheduled to be repaired and teh parts have been ordered.
