Have the machine serviced by the manufacturer to find the reason for the elevated counts employees are cleaning it. (The manager was at the store and she unplugged the machine for now and will have it looked at by the company before cleaning and reusing) 8/26/2022 The manager says that some of the parts for the machine were replaced. The sample was taken a week ago and her boss told her to go ahead and use the machine again but the new test results were not shared with us. Provide copies of the new test results so we can verify that the machine is operating safely.
