Failed findings
-
Non-Food Contact Surfaces CleanInspector note: Clean the exterior of the grease pump to remove the grease that has accumulated.
-
Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Regrout the floor within the mop / chemical storage room. The grout is missing in front of the beverage rack making it difficult to clean the floor. The surface of the mop sink is also severly worn. Concrete rebar is exposed to the right of the drain. The concrete is so worn around the drain that soiled water discharged to the sink cannot completely drain from the basin. The mop sink surface should be resurfaced.
