Food Contact Surfaces CleancriticalInspector note: Clean and sanitize all of the tongs. The handles to the tongs utilized to grasp sprouts and other vegetables were soiled.

Non-Food Contact Surfaces CleanInspector note: Clean and sanitize the following surfaces: 1) the bottom shelf of the dairy case is soiled with spilled milk and other liquids. Mold is growing on some of the surfaces. The spill residue and mold should be removed. 2) the shelving to the refrigerated cases to the right of the butcher / meat area. Dead flies and other food materials were observed on the shelving. 3) the interior shelving to the freezer case opposite the butcher / meat area. Dried blood was observed on the shelving. 4) the vegetable bins and dividers were soiled with vegetable debris dirt and mold. All of the vegetable bins and dividers should be cleaned.
