Inspector note: Excess condensation dripping onto boxes of cheese and honey cakes in the open air cooler. Address and ensue all foods are being stored inn a clean and protected manner. Open air unit was operating properly at the time of the inspection. Dead fish observed inside of the fish tanks. Discontinue and esure all tanks are being checked on a regular basis for dead fish and are properly removed.
