    Inspector note: A tray of raw fish and water was observed on the side of the fish case. The tray had no sneeze protection and was exposed to cross contamination from the public. The fish should be brought behind the fish counter and out of the public area. Pooled water was observed on the floor within the basement in front of most of the walk-in refrigerators. The source of the water was not confirmed. The water varied in depth from 1/8 to 1/2 inch in depth. The tires of the hand carts were observed to splash the soiled water onto the cartons/boxes on the carts and the dry areas throughout the basement. The pooled water represented a potential source of cross contamination and should be removed. Bulk bags of carrots were observed on the floor of the basement walk-in.
