Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. All dairy was removed from the sicgle door cooler and moved into a refrigeration unit that was at below 41F.

Discontinue use if the unit is unable to maintain a temperature of below 41F. All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspection. Small single door Perlick cooler storing dairy producst was not operating properly at the time of the insepction. Discotinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Dairy products were removed at the time of the inspection. Gasket around the single door Perlick cooler damaged and not sealing properly allowing cold air to escape. Address and amke any necessary repairsto ensure proper seal on door.
